Founded in 2019, LoSnacks was established with one goal in mind; to connect farmers and merchants of premium-quality nuts in Nigeria with business clients across the globe. As such, we have set about building a network of reliable farmers, merchants and logistics personnel, all dedicated to ensuring that nut processors, wholesalers and distributors across the globe can access the nuts they need, in whatever quantity they want, without hassles.
In creating LoSnacks, we sought to combine our shared love for locally produced, healthy and organic whole-food snacks with our desire to make a difference in the lives of local farmers. We firmly believe frequent snacking can be a healthy habit if done with the right type of snacks, hence our slogan “guilt-free snacking”. Also, there are currently too many Nigerian smallholder farmers living below the poverty line, just surviving. We would like to play our part towards ensuring that income levels of farmers improve to levels comparable to their counterparts in the more developed parts of the world.
